Fortune 100 Big-Box retailers recommend Jenifer Keenan Law LLC to their suppliers for advice on CPSC reporting and recall obligations. Our firm is uniquely qualified to help suppliers through the regulatory process while coordinating with your customers – the retailers – to ensure that your business relationship remains strong following a successful recall or report to the CPSC. In many instances, we have been able to help suppliers demonstrate that a perceived product issue does not pose a safety issue, thereby avoiding an unwarranted recall.
Our longstanding relationships with key regulators at the CPSC and Health Canada help us obtain great results for our clients. We also work with top scientific and technical experts to help companies evaluate potential safety issues with their products as well as meet testing and certification obligations.
In addition to working with companies after their products have hit the market, we also provide pre-market advice and draft warnings, warranties and product instructions to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry best practices. Our proactive approach to product issues and compliance counseling provides value and long-term cost savings to our clients.
